The power of memory, the smoothness of life events, an understanding of ethical dynamics and
inner energetic allocation can all be attributed to the flow of energy, attention, awareness, and conscious movement of bioenergy within our body. With an awareness of the basic chakra system, most people can notice which chakra inside of them has the most prominent focus. It will be the sex chakra when you are having sex, the solar plexus when you have eaten, it may be the heart chakra when angry, it may be the throat chakra when sad, it may be the 3rd eye when meditating with mental focus. If one chakra stands out among all others you may want to redistribute the energy to the nearby surrounding chakras by focusing on them. I try to avoid this type of energetic or chakra monopolization. When I feel upset about something, I have noticed that it is mostly a larger than necessary focus on the heart chakra. A Chakra monopolization. By thinking and being focused on the throat chakra, and activating it through language or singing, it can redistibute the cluster away from the heart and allow the pressure on this one chakra to be relieved. Eating, sex, talking, and thinking may all be natural responses to an overfocus on the heart center. The idea being an even distribution of energies amongst all of the bodies locations.
